A two-block walk to Main Street for shopping and great restaurants and a one-block walk to a small grocery store and post office make this a perfect location for skiers and non-skiers alike. No need for a car to drive to the slopes; a free shuttle picks you up just steps away to head to the Gondola or Peak 9.

When you enter this newly renovated (in 2012) home, you will find a warm and inviting living room with fireplace and large, 50 flat screen TV tied into a professional surround sound audio system. The kitchen and dining room are just steps away, making for a perfect gathering place. A look out the front and side windows puts the mountain in full, breathtaking view. This level also provides a powder room, access to a side door leading to a deck equipped with a grill and hot tub as well as steps to a heated garage where ski and snowboard gear can be stored.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The master in the front of the house offers a king bed and amazing views of the ski slopes while the bedroom in the back can convert from two twins to a king (upon request during reservations) and has a single sleeper chair for additional sleeping capacity. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own private bathroom, TV with cable and ceiling fans.

On the lower level are two rooms connected by a shared bathroom. One room is another master with a king bed, cable TV, and walk-in closet while the other room has built-in bunk beds to sleep three and is equipped with a cable TV and game system. This level also has a laundry closet containing a washer and dryer.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, or 10 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent is 25.
Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
A 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access is a few steps to a free ski shuttle which takes you to the Gondola or Peak 9.
Minimum night stays are 5-7 nights for Summer and Winter dates except for Spring, Fall, Early Ski and Regular Ski prior to Christmas where the minimum night stay is 4 nights.
For dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay, there is a cleaning fee of $225 plus tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
