Restaurants all over Summit County will be serving Thanksgiving dinner to hungry visitors and locals; some creating carefully crafted traditional turkey dinners while others opt for pre-fixe menus featuring several flavorful options highlighting the local Colorado fare.
If in the Keystone area, be sure to book early for a reservation at the Keystone Ranch Restaurant. ‘The Ranch’ offers an authentic steakhouse experience set in 1930’s homestead. The menu features locally sourced products and sustainable practices – a nod the time when the homestead was a working ranch. A distinctively Colorado experience, Keystone Ranch Restaurant will be offering a four-course, Thanksgiving-inspired menu.
If you’ll be spending the holiday in Breckenridge, Blue River Bistro serves their rustic American classic dinner menu as well as featuring a three-course, traditional Thanksgiving Special. The menu highlights naturally raised beef, sustainably caught seafood and local fare from area farms while the setting is that of a romantic, Victorian period home with views of Breckenridge, the ski resort, and the majestic Ten Mile Range.
