This gorgeous home is ideally located on Peak 10, just a short walk to ski access (see notes below)! This house offers some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views around. Soak in the views from the hot tub or enjoy them by the fireplace, your choice!
Upon entering this home you are immediately greeted by the gorgeous living room and the warmth of the see-through river rock fireplace which leads in to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to be able to prepare meals. The dining room offers seating at the table for 8 plus an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. For your convenience there is a half bath, powder room, located on this level. From every room on the main level you can see the stunning views.
Upstairs is the main master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, shower and soaker tub.
The loft area is the perfect place to hang out, with a flat screen TV, a pool table and a card table, there is something for everyone! There is also a bedroom off of the loft area with a king size bed.
Downstairs are three additional bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath. In addition another bedroom with a queen bed, and the third being a bunk room with twin top, queen bottom, and twin pull out trundle bed. There two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hall.

*NOTE: This home is not a true ski-in/out home, however, per real estate guidelines, is still classified ski-in/out. To summarize the access it is about a 3 block walk to the ski access and then
you ski down a neighborhood trail to the Quicksilver lift. This is not too bad and anyone comfortable on ski's can normally handle this without much difficulty. Coming back in you ski off of Peak 10 and need to be at least a black run skiier to do so. From there you access the top of the neighborhood trail and ski back to the same point you started at that morning. Then of course the 3 block walk back to the house, which is flat and downhill coming back in. Maps are available if you have any questions on the ski access.
