Fantastic House

Fantastic house. 4 separate sleeping areas. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to 4 oclock run and snowflake lift. Excellent communication from property manager.

Ski In/Out Access Was Super Convenient

Overall great house. We had 9 of us friends staying and had plenty of room. Ski in/out access was super convenient. 5 or 6 minute walk to an easy green then to snowflake lift. Great hot tub right off the main living area. Worst part of the house is the kitchen is a little small for the size of the house and for a large group we were bumping elbows at times. Def not a deal breaker though. I would stay again for sure. And the pool table was a nice touch. Management was super attentive too.

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful, well stocked with supplies, and perfect for our multi-family ski getaway! Management was very responsive to any questions, provided great details on how to ski in to 4 O’Clock run, and was accommodating to several requests. We will definitely be returning to this house or another house managed by the same company.

This home is wonderful! We planned a last minute trip and had a few homes in mind. We ended up going with this home and it was perfect! Very spacious and has everything you could need. We were able to pop out the door for some evening strolls, enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved the bunk room! The game room is great too. We wish we could have stayed longer! The kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets and cookware. So much so that my only recommendation is to maybe space for dry goods, ha. We would definitely recommend this home again!! River Ridge Rentals was also wonderful to work with, even mailing me some things we left behind and responding to any questions we had during our stay. You won’t regret this one!

Location is peaceful, and very convenient to downtown Breck and mountaintop attractions. Moose were visiting the property most days during our stay. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and ping-pong/pool table to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.
