This house far exceeded my expectations—the location, the views, and the amenities were all amazing.I’ll start with the location. It’s only about a five-minute drive from downtown, which made it incredibly convenient to get to Peak 9 and the ski school. It was also very easy to access with an all-wheel-drive vehicle. There is a shuttle stop just down the road from the house, although we didn’t use it since we were able to drive and park downtown without any issues.The house itself was extremely well stocked with spices, pots, pans, and just about anything you might need to make your stay comfortable. All four bedrooms have king beds, which was really nice, and there’s also a fifth sleeping area with a Murphy bed that can accommodate two additional people.Having a garage was especially nice when it snowed overnight. The entrance from the garage includes boot warmers, plenty of hooks, and storage bins, which made it very convenient when coming in from skiing with hats, gloves, coats, and gear.The living room and kitchen share one open space, which made it easy for everyone to spend time together while meals were being prepared. The dining table is also large enough to comfortably seat the whole group.One of the bedrooms has a steam shower, which was fantastic when one of the kids got a little congested. The hot tub worked perfectly the entire time and was a lifesaver for sore muscles after long days of skiing.The furnishings throughout the home are beautiful, and you can tell the house is very well maintained. My absolute favorite part of the house, though, is the view. It is truly incredible—you can see almost every peak and many of the runs, and the sunsets over the mountains are absolutely phenomenal. We hardly ever closed the blinds because waking up to that mountain view each morning was breathtaking.The management company was also very responsive. They sent all the necessary information ahead of time and checked in with texts throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions we had.I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We loved our stay at Peerless Retreat.My only minor comments are that some of the beds were a bit firmer than I personally prefer, though others in our group actually liked them. The garage can also be a little tricky to navigate, but we were still able to fit two full-size SUVs inside.Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Fantastic house with plenty of space for our party of 7. 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Well stocked with amenities. Unbelievable views of the mountains and ski area. We could not have asked for a better location.

Overall very good with an excellent location. We had some problems with the Sonos system and after hours could not resolve until the next day. The beds were very firm so if you like a softer mattress that presented a problem. Overall I would stay again, great views and great location.

We recently stayed at Peerless Retreat and absolutely loved our stay; this location is beautiful, clean, spacious, and everything we would want in a stay. The owners have apparently thought of everything. Lots of fun hangout areas, everything practically brand new, plenty of room for a group, and the views are tremendous. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Great home! We were in Breck for our daughter's wedding. Plenty of room for extended family. Great location close to town and bus. Amazing views! Would absolutely return when in Breck again.

Wonderful property in a great location! Four primary bedroom suites are perfect for couples weekend retreat or extended family reunion. It has great panoramic views of the Breck ski slopes with both indoor and outdoor spaces to view them. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities right out the front door. The town of Breckenridge with a multitude of shops and restaurants is just a short hike or shuttle ride away. Would definitely return in any season!

House was clean and had plenty of room for our group. Only issue was there is not AC in the house which was ok since it never got hot but made it difficult to sleep at night. We left our windows open one night but the neighbors were loud. Overall house is great

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The views are breath taking. It provides a place to relax in the hot tub, have a game of pool or just have family time and play games around the fire place. The large kitchen for family meals, large deck to sit out on or enjoy a steam shower they thought of everything. We loved it all.

The Peerless Retreat was recently remodeled and amazed to see every last detail covered. With two master bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms with bathrooms on the main level, this was a perfect long weekend with the family. Sonos stereo, ski boot heaters, full deluxe chefs kitchen, hot tub, the works. Stellar views of the ski mountain from the whole front of the house. Both master bedrooms have panoramic views of Quandry down to Peak 6. The location is ideal for our family - right on the bus line for a free ride into town, walking distance to the Traverse Restaurant with an excellent happy hour. Located right on the snowshoe trails, connected to some of the best backcountry skiing on Baldy Peak. River Ridge Rentals was super responsive on a few items regarding the extreme weather as well as a few changes to our stay.Would highly recommend to others who want a getaway in the mountains but also close enough to enjoy the world class skiing, shopping, and the restaurants in downtown Breckenridge.

This was my second stay at Peerless Retreat and we had such a good time I figured I should write a review. The first time was a family trip and the most recent was a men’s skiing trip. Personally my favorite part was the two minute walk to the free town bus for skiing in Breckenridge. When timed right its 20 minutes from front door to ski lift and 20 minutes from skis off to prepping for the Hot Tub. Others thought the views, steam shower, pool room, sound system or warm fireplaces might take the prize. We went skiing at Vail as well which was a short drive; as was A-basin. The house itself is amazing with great views out of every window and a clear view of the whole mountain. I enjoyed watching all the groomers work the mountain at night and you can even see how busy some of the runs are during the day. It's such a comfortable place we have taken days just to enjoy the property and are thinking of doing a summer trip as there is plenty to do other than skiing. One last plug for the bus, it stops at the ice rink, a hike to a mountain troll and it runs till midnight for those times we stayed out late. Whatever your reason to be looking for a vacation rental is, I would recommend this as your choice

Our stay at Peerless was everything we had hoped for and more, at a great value. Just minutes from Breckenridge Mountain, this house is a skiers paradise. Private hot tub, glove and boot warmer, full kitchen and gas fireplace - we always felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The basement was incredibly homey and had a pool table that we used all weekend. Just a few minutes from all the shops, restaurants, and lifts, I would absolutely recommend this dreamy retreat to anyone skiing or just exploring the town!
