I've stayed at a lot of ski houses with a large group of friends, and this is the best one we've ever stayed at. They layout is exceptional, it would accommodate 3 large families or 16 or more adult friends very easily. Location is amazing. Highly recommend.

Proximity to Trygve's run made it super convenient for everyone to come on and off the mountain as they pleased. Pristine property. Property management was accessible and helpful. Wonderful location and the house itself was amazing. Our extended family gathered here for 6 nights over New Years. It was great for 15 people - 9 adults, 4 older teens, 2 children (4 & 6). The house was well-maintained and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, spread out, or be all-together. We ate dinner together each night. The kitchen tools were well-stocked and the dining table and island were great for all of us to eat together. The access to the slopes was amazing. The house is located on Peak 8 and is the 2nd house on a private trail off of Trygve’s Platter (very easy green slope). “Ski-out” was a very short walk to the hill where you could ski down to the Peak 8 base area with numerous lifts. Ski-in was super easy. You could ski down Trygve’s, ski onto the private trail and literally ski right up to the back door. Some of our family didn’t ski, so they took advantage of the very convenient BMMA shuttle which picks you up at the end of the driveway. Easy to get to One Ski Hill Place (at Peak 8 base) and access the bowling (call ahead for a reservation) and pool, easy to get to Downtown as well as Gondola stops and the City Market grocery store (Kroger-owned). We also all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activities. Do note that the pictures show 2 laundry areas, but the one off of the bunk room is locked. The property manager is very responsive to any questions you may have.I highly recommend staying at Ski Hi Lodge. Everyone in our family loved it!

Amazing house

Everyone was impressed by the beauty of the construction and the space to spread out. Everyone had a place to go to play or have quiet time. Communication with the staff was seamless, and very responsive. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Best House We've Ever Had in Breck!

AMAZING. The house was planned with such thought (for ski season). First the awesome ski changing area. It's a locker room where everyone has their space for all gear. Forgot to mention the two way fireplace in this room that goes out to the hot tub. There is a separate board/ski room for dropping off gear and boots. Kitchen / dining room / great room on the main floor has all the space you need. Downstairs puts the cherry on top. Bar area with pool table, poker table, and another lounging area with TV and fireplace. Two masters, two queen rooms, a bunk room with 8 Queen size bunks. I could go on and on. Twenty yard walk to the slopes and on the way home, you could open a door and ski right into the house! Will definitely stay at this house every time we ski Breck.

Amazing Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ski High Lodge! The house is gorgeous and very well maintained. We are a family of 16 and there was plenty of room for all of us. My grandkids enjoyed the recreation room and the bunk room was perfect for our 8 grandkids. They had a blast! River Ridge was a pleasure to work with. We had 3 Families: My eldest daughter and her husband and 3 sons (aged 6-16); My middle daughter and her husband and 1 son, aged 14 and myself. The house was such a good fit for all of us: the boys loved the basement area with all the games and the adults enjoyed the main floor area with the beautiful views and fireplace. The kitchen was fabulous and the counter space utilized by all. We also loved the heated floors, hot tub, sound system and lighting. Each family was able to eat breakfast when they felt like it and we all ate dinners together. The skiers loved the ski in/out aspect of the location! Fantastic retreat for a family reunion

The house is large and spacious with top notch amenities. It is clean and in excellent condition, and the layout worked very well for a large group (it was better than in the pictures). The property managers were very responsive. My one caveat: it's high in the mountains and altitude sickness is real. We rented oxygen and everyone ended up using it (even the skeptical folks). Overall, highly recommend this property!

Great place for a large family!

Ski Hi Lodge provided my family with one of the BEST vacations we have ever had. The house was so large that everyone had plenty of space to move and not get in the way of anyone else. We loved it! The kitchen was phenomenal! I can't say enough about the refrigerator space as well as the huge gas stove. Being a ski-in / ski-out helped so much. The little ones could be dropped off at the house and the grownups could go right back to skiing. We loved it.

The home is breathtaking, spacious, well-appointed with every luxury you need. The kitchen is a cooks paradise. The entire family loved the ski in- ski out. Amazing Design and Fantastic Location

Impeccably designed house became a temporary home to so many without ever seeming crowded. Excellent flow and spacious while also being cozy. Large, open, and well-designed kitchen made feeding large groups easy and fun. The bar downstairs with home theater, pool, and poker tables is my happy place. Great jacuzzi and lots of parking. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

The house has wonderful collection areas for the residents. The hot tub, outdoor patio, bar, and of course the kitchen area make a spacious house feel intimate for small groups and comfortably cozy for large groups. After one stay here you will want to return to create more memories.
