Our family stayed over NYE week. It was a beautiful house. The location was nice, and the house was clean. Only bad feedback would be that the bed in the master bedroom is horribly uncomfortable.

Incredibly Well Stocked Kitchen

The location was great, the accommodations were as described, kitchen incredibly well stocked (including things like a food processor and stand mixer!), and check in was super easy. Didn't utilize the shuttle service but we did seem close to a few stops to hop on Breck Free Ride. Also still can't get over how luxurious the master bedroom/bathroom was. Highly recommend this property!!

The ice maker wasn’t working but my husband was able to repair it. There weren’t significant areas of mold/ mildew in the Master shower. I purchased Clorox with bleach spray cleaner and cleaned the areas of mold. I sent pictures to the text message number. We were also short on towels for the number of guests. I notified the contact number and a very nice employee brought us more towels. The carpet in the Master closet is very stained and there was a smell of urine as possibly a pet accident. I purchased Lysol and sprayed the carpet. This is the third time we have rented this home. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains slopes. The kitchen is wonderful for a large group cooking together. The living area is spacious. We would recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Stayed over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The Aspen Grove Chalet is a great property. Clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked better than our kitchen at home. My wife loved the Wolf stove/oven and now wants one! The hot tub was great after hiking all day. Location was great with easy accessibility to Main Street. Due to weather, we ended up staying an extra day and River Ridge was very accomodating to work with.

70th Birthday Celebration

We had a lovely time, circled around the central fireplace, playing board games and making meals and drinks. Hot tub was a big hit! The master bedroom was amazing, as were the en-suites downstairs. Everyone commented on how well-equipped the kitchen was. The appliances are top of the line, lots of prep space, and plenty of dishes & cutlery. We were thrilled to call it home for a long weekend.

Well Stocked With Amenities

The location was great. It was an easy drive to Main Street, close to the City Market grocery store, and had beautiful views of the mountains. It’s a direct drive down to the Gondolas and at the top of the street is a stop for the Breckenridge buses. When we come back to Breckenridge, we will definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Aspen Grove Chalet for our annual Thanksgiving kickoff of the ski season. The property is beautiful, well maintained & appointed, and convenient relative to town and the resort. We opted to drive down to & park at the gondola each day we skied, but could have taken a 10 minute walk to the free shuttle just as easily.Overall, we all had a wonderful time! The hot tub was especially appreciated after a long day on the slopes, and we all had plenty of room to relax and rest as a group or alone. We'll keep this on our short list of homes to look at down the road for future trips!

This home is perfectly located within walking distance to town. Trail in the back of house. Beautiful and spread out inside--so having a family of 8 there was so comfortable. Multiple decks on main floor, patio, hot tub...We were there in the summer but would totally go back in winter. Great floor plan. Guests can all gather together and retreat to other spaces in the home. It is so peaceful. Very professional rental company.

Our experience with both Aspen Grove Chalet and the rental agency was wonderful! The cabin is modern, comfortable, roomy, and very well-appointed. Warm Cozy Home

Phenomenal Views!
Arrived on 2021-12-10 | JamesFrom the first moment you enter you feel at home. You have plenty of room to roam and all of the amenities that you could want. The views from the great room, office, and main master bedroom are phenomenal! This home is the perfect option for a family with grown kids and their kids with one master bedroom on the main level and all the other bedrooms in the lower level including another master bedroom, a second bedroom with it’s own bathroom, and a cozy bunk room with another bathroom. All of this and another living space with a fireplace with access to side patio with hot tub and fire pit. The hot tub is great to jump into after a long day on the slopes. Oh, and the slopes, they are just a mile away so you can drive, catch the free bus, or walk. Our family vacation was perfect! We will be back. Hopefully soon!

Our family's stay at Aspen Grove Chalet was perfect. The grand kids enjoyed Foosball competitions, hot tub, and evenings at the fire pit. The rental was spacious, clean and well furnished. While the kids loved the downstairs area with its TV and access to outside, the adults enjoyed the numerous balconies, and a room that served as a temporary office. The Chalet was located on a quiet residential street but close enough to downtown Breckenridge for frequent trips into town for take out dinners. We had everything we needed for grilling out and serving family style dinners. The walking trail behind the house and the mountain views were great. We had one question regarding maintenance and use of the rental, the property management company was prompt, courteous, and professional. We would rent this home again.Thank you.

Tremendous Family Vacation

The home was beautiful, a 15 minute walk to town and the best equipped/appointed place I have ever rented. We cooked 5 big meals and the kitchen was a pleasure. Biked to Frisco and did numerous hikes - altogether a tremendous family vacation. Hope ghly recommend this beautiful property. And great trails around the house for the dogs (including a great stream for swimming).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspen Grove. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is completely stocked. More stocked than most rentals we’ve stayed in. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom and other than the bunk room, each room had a king size bed. We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed very quickly and did not affect our stay at all. We loved the neighborhood and the hiking trail right behind the house. The Moose and foxes were a big highlight. The garage is heated and had plenty of room for all of our boots and skis. It also fit large vehicles with roof racks. We loved every bit of our stay and would consider staying again.

We traveled with 3 generations of family and found this house to be perfect for a needs! It has plenty of living spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is large and fully-appointed with every tool and appliance needed. All bedrooms are generously stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The hot tub is amazing and of course the location is perfect - a five minute drive to the Gondola parking lot for skiing. Property management is extremely responsive to any inquiries. We are repeat renters as this property is the perfect fit!

Quiet Street Just Minutes From Downtown

There is a trail that runs behind the house which was perfect for the kids to play and sled. They really enjoyed that. The house is spacious and very well equipped for cooking.
