Slopeside Saddlewood was a great place for our annual snowboarding trip. The ski out was great but the ski is a bit challenging for snowboarders. The house was clean, well-stocked with all the necessary tools to feed a large group. Loved the heated garage - perfect for our gear to dry out overnight and the views from the house and hot tub were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Best location we've stayed at in Breckenridge for ski in/ski out. Ski to/from garage to the trail, much better than a long walk in ski boots. We cook at home so appreciated well appointed kitchen and grill. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and hot tub as well. Would definitely rent again.

This place is fantastic and in a great location! The property manager was super responsive and so friendly. My only recommendation would be to make sure the hot tub is ready to go upon arrival (we had to wait for it to great up). Overall lovely experience!

Clean and well stocked nice place to stay. Great ski out, even with fresh snow hard to ski in. There was a problem with the heat in the basement bedrooms, but the maintenance guy brought us two space heaters. Sounds like this was a problem before for other visitors. It is an expensive rental to have a worry about turning off the heaters when you go out, then come home to a freezing bedroom.

We generally enjoyed the property. Kitchen/living room was very good. Ski out was excellent, ski in was not. Controlling temp was difficult. Warm when we arrived and cold. Upstairs suite was nice. Plenty of bedding for our group.

We had a great rental experience with River Ridge at Slopeside Saddlewood. The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location was great. Our family and friends had a great time playing in the snow right out back for hours each day. The gradual slope was an excellent area for my sister in laws and toddler daughter to learn how to snowboard as well. If coming in from the main slopes - just prepare yourself there will be a few areas where you need to walk or your snowboards or really use your ski poles. (We didn’t mind, still had fun) The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need, so we cooked majority of our meals at the home. We would recommend this townhome and would definitely stay there again!

What a fantastic property! Literally right on the trail, for super easy ski in ski out access. The property managers couldn’t have been nicer - very responsive and proactive with texts, with updates, etc. House was very clean, and the heated floors were a lovely touch! Breckenridge 2021 Family vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the property, the beautiful Mountain View’s, the proximity to Snowflake Chair Lift, and the well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, crock pots, and cleaning materials. We enjoyed gathering at the table for meals and relaxing in the living room yet everyone had their space when needed. We were thankful for a vehicle with 4WD since the roads were snow /ice-covered and it was a long walk to Main Street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the relaxing hot tubs was utilized daily after the slopes! We will be back!

We loved our stay here. The run back to the place was closed so it wasn't quite the ski in and ski out we had hoped for but we probably should've checked that before going. Either way though, we loved the place. The townhouse has 3 stories so it was spaced out enough to feel like we could have our privacy when we wanted it. The rental place was very communicative and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

First I'll note that Riverside Rentals was a great rental company - proactively communicating updates, very responsive to questions and texts, and eager to accommodate.+The property itself was a perfect layout for providing private and communal space and was in above average shape. - There were some minor maintenance issues that were not significant enough to call for repairs (lightbulb out, heated floor in master bath sporadic, shower door wouldn't close). +The condo was well stocked (towels, kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc).+Maintenance crews kept stairs and the driveway cleared after each significant snowfall.+The Snowflake lift was right out the back door - although you do have to go through one of the bedrooms to get on the trail (I felt bad for the group staying in this room as it was a major thoroughfare each day). The ski-in aspect was wonderful...the ski-out required a significant amount of work as the path is very flat (my watch asked if I wanted to record a rowing workout, ha!)Overall, for the price, this place contributed to a near perfect vacation!

True ski in/ski out home right off Snowflake Run

This was an amazing house! The snowflake run was right out the back door along with the hot tub for the house occupants only. The homeowner had many nice touches and was not skimpy (bag of coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, paper towels, detergent, hand soap) all provided. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. We would definately stay here again!

This is a true ski in/ski out house that was very clean. It had many comforts of home. The snowflake run is right behind the house. The hot tub was great. We could not have been any happier with this rental home!

We had a great trip even though the snow was sparse. Ski out from your back porch to the tiny snowflake lift that has a ticket office and no wait, and ski back in on the snowflake trail. There are two sections on the green trail back that will require skating/poling.Furniture and beds were comfy. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals in. And the staff at River Ridge was very helpful in navigating the crazy covid environment.

Excellent location, ski down to Snowflake lift, ski back on Snowflake Run.(As long as the run/lift is open) Only about a 15 minute walk into town. The hot tub was excellent, easily big enough for 4 adults. We had a great stay here and would come back again.

We were very comfortable and happy with our stay at Slopeside Saddlewood. Very good communication regarding checkin, Clean, open main level with nice views, very well stocked kitchen, with extra paper towels (nothing says cheap more than getting ONE roll of paper towels or TP!) plenty of nice towels In all bathrooms as well as a basket full just inside door from hot tub (which by the way was very clean). Wonderful location with abundant hiking out the back door. We saw deer, fox and even a moose! Very close and walking distance to the wonderful town of Breckenridge. Townhome was as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. My only suggestion that (another person suggested as well) is to put a small table and a couple of chairs on the deck.

Good stay, but workers insisting on carrying out random inspections on behalf of the HOA kept showing up unannounced and literally tried to make us agree to allowing an inspection, including offering to pay us. It was bizarre and I complained several times to the rental company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slopeside Saddlewood. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy. The condo was in very nice shape, except for a couple of lights being out in the kitchen. It was clean and inviting and comfortable. The hot tub was a great perk. And being able to ski right out of the place and ski back to it was huge. You do have a short walk to the shuttle station and uphill at night is a slight challenge, but it's not that far. All in all, I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Slopeside Saddlewood. The unit is right on The Snowflake run making easy access to the chair lift. The view from the living room is outstanding. When not skiing, you can turn on the fireplace and watch the skiers go by or sit in the hot tub and relax. Perfect vacation!

This was a lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the ski in/out. We were there during Thanksgiving and the kitchen was loaded with all appliances and cookware to prepare the meal. Living room was super comfy for the 5 of us and views were beautiful of the mountain. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at the home and in Breck. The property management company did a good job with communication and checked on us during our stay. We had 3 couples and 2 children on the trip. The home is ski in/out. Trip to lift from backyard to Snowflake lift super easy. Getting back to the house from the slopes takes some effort. The only difficulty we had on the trip was with one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the two twins on the lower floor don't have a topper when they make a king out of them. Essentially you're sleeping on two twin beds in close proximity to each other. That said, we enjoyed absolutely everything else and would highly recommend this place if your group size and beds match.

Townhome was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone and had excellent mountain views and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely rent again.

Great location. Near town and looks out over the ski lift/trail. Very well appointed. We did quite a bit of cooking and found everything we needed. As stated in description, there is room for 2 cars max. I didn't notice any guest parking spots.

Great location and a beautiful home. Great hiking just out the back door. Perfectly located on the shuttle with easy assess all over Breckenridge. We had a small issue with the washer, but the management company was helpful and made arrangements for repair. Outside of that.... it was the perfect home for our family vacation.

Great location and home. It is a well equipped home with all your everyday needs and more. Only tough part is the ski home as there is one flat point that makes it a little difficult after a long day of skiing! Not the homes fault that is def the mountains fault!

Exactly as pictured and described. Great floor plan and space for our 2 families. One of the best ski-in/out locations we have stayed in. Responsive staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Wonderful all around!

The house is amazing, right off snowflake run. Truly ski in and ski out. Plenty of great snow area for the kids to play on. The house was immaculate!

We had an amazing stay at Slopeside Saddlewood. The location was PERFECT! Quick walk/bus to town, and the Snowflake ski trail was right out back!
