Can I cancel my reservation?

At this time, reservations are subject to our standard policies and deposits are not refundable. With that said, we recognize that these are uncertain times and circumstances could change. If you have a reservation that is impacted by travel restrictions per either Summit County or the State of Colorado, we will be able to allow you to reschedule for a later date. Please note, however, that the closure or limiting of activity availability (including skiing) will not result in the option to reschedule.

What precautions are you taking to ensure my vacation rental is safe?

Safety is a priority for both our team and guests. Here are a few of the measures we have put in place in response to the covid-19 pandemic:

  • Cleaning: Our cleaning protocols have been enhanced to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected, especially high traffic and high touch areas. A bleach dilution, as recommended by the CDC, is being used on all surfaces, including door handles, light switches, etc.
  • Linens: Out of an abundance of caution, we are removing all unnecessary bedding, including decorative pillows, shams, comforters, etc. All bedding that remains in the property (sheets, blankets, etc.) will be machine washable and taken to a professional laundry service after every guest.
  • Supplies: We supply all of our properties with hand soap for each sink, as well as paper towels and a Lysol brand surface cleaner. We will also supply individual hand sanitizers and spray disinfectanct when stock allow.
  • Staff Safety: Should you find yourself needing the assistance of one of our team members while in our homes, we have supplied our staff with gloves and masks so that any contact can be done so in a safe manner.

How will I check-in and out of the property?

We have always handled check-ins and check-outs remotely and will continue to do so. To check-in, we will send you a customized property access code the day before your arrival that you can use to enter the property. To check-out, we ask that you lockup and then use the same access code to exit the home. Please note that to allow for enhanced cleaning procedures, we will be less able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests.

Are you leaving a gap between reservations?

Yes, whenever feasible, we are leaving a 30 hour gap between reservations. When it is not possible for us to leave a gap, we will be treating properties using hydroxyl blasters, which emit a hydrogen peroxide vapor to disinfect hard and soft surfaces.

They must be worn when in a public building or when outside but unable to maintain 6 feet of distance from anyone who is not in your household. They do not need to be worn while in the property. We have disposable masks that we are happy to provide you upon request. In addition, many local retailers are selling a variety of cloth and reusable masks.
