Can I make a new reservation?

Yes, we are taking reservations up to 12 months out. You can book directly through our website or by giving us a call. Please be sure to check with us or Summit County to confirm if there are any current public health orders that would affect your reservation.

Can I purchase trip insurance through you?

While we do highly recommend trip insurance, we do not sell it through our website. We recommend visiting SquareMouth, where you can compare dozens of policies from a variety of insurers.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Reservations are subject to our standard policies and deposits are not refundable. We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance.

What precautions are you taking to ensure my vacation rental is safe?

Safety is a priority for both our team and guests. Here are a few of the measures we have put in place in response to the covid-19 pandemic:

  • Cleaning: Our cleaning protocols have been enhanced to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected, especially high traffic and high touch areas. A bleach dilution, as recommended by the CDC, is being used on all surfaces, including door handles, light switches, etc.
  • Linens: Out of an abundance of caution, we are removing all unnecessary bedding, including decorative pillows, shams, comforters, etc. All bedding that remains in the property (sheets, blankets, etc.) will be machine washable and taken to a professional laundry service after every guest.
  • Supplies: We supply all of our properties with hand soap for each sink, as well as paper towels and a Lysol brand surface cleaner. We will also supply individual hand sanitizers and spray disinfectanct when stock allow.
  • Staff Safety: Should you find yourself needing the assistance of one of our team members while in our homes, we have supplied our staff with gloves and masks so that any contact can be done so in a safe manner.

How will I check-in and out of the property?

We have always handled check-ins and check-outs remotely and will continue to do so. To check-in, we will send you a customized property access code the day before your arrival that you can use to enter the property. To check-out, we ask that you lockup and then use the same access code to exit the home. Please note that to allow for enhanced cleaning procedures, we will be less able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests.

Are you leaving a gap between reservations?

Yes, whenever feasible, we are leaving a 30 hour gap between reservations. When it is not possible for us to leave a gap, we will be treating properties using hydroxyl blasters, which emit a hydrogen peroxide vapor to disinfect hard and soft surfaces.

Do I have to wear a mask there?

Masks are currently only required for individuals ages 2 – 11 years old, who cannot receive the protection of the vaccine, in indoor group settings such as childcare centers, summer camps, and schools.

Are restaurants and stores open?

Yes, restaurants are open for in-dining, take-out and delivery. Stores are open as well.

Are groceries available? How can I get them?

You can purchase groceries at City Market, Safeway, Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, and several other smaller stores. In addition, there are several options to have your groceries delivered prior to your arrival.

Is public transportation available?

Both the Summit Stage and the Breckenridge Free Ride are operating with reduced schedules and ridership. Please check their schedules online as they do change frequently.
