We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for a ski trip! The house is roomy, and the floorplan is great. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed several people to work together without getting in each other's way. Very enjoyable place to stay.

We all enjoyed our stay and the home was large enough to accommodate 11 of us. Perfect place for the skiers to grab the lifts as well as for the nine skiers to roam the Main Street of Breckenridge.

This house was extremely convenient to the Gondola and ski rental. Since it's on Main Street, it's only a short walk to restaurants. The property was very clean when we arrived. The only problem was the hot tub was not heating well. I notified the management company and they sent someone to evaluate the problem. I would stay here again.

The River House Lodge was a perfect accommodation for our family of 10, which included a 16 yr old , two 19 yr olds and a 21 yr old. Everything was comfortable. The boys took the bunkbeds while everyone else had their own king-size bed. The upstairs bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was really nice. The two bedrooms downstairs shared a bathroom but it was never a problem. The fireplaces in the rooms were a nice addition on a really cold night. Although, the house was very well insulated and really didn’t need much heat at all. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day of skiing too. The location right next to the gondola was a quick and easy walk. We thought this was going to be a hassle with all our ski/snowboard stuff but it wasn’t at all. The best part of staying at the River House Lodge was being located right in town with easy access to shops and restaurants, we never had to move our car. There were a few occasions we needed to contact property management to ask a question and they were always very friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Breck.

Two families (8 people) had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend in this wonderful cabin in central Breckenridge. For skiers, the gondola was right out the back door. For foodies and shoppers, everything you could imagine was a short walk away. Loved it!
