Offering year-round slopeside fun, Keystone is the perfect place for the whole family. From beginner to expert terrain, a world-class ski and snowboard instruction, tubing parks and even a castle made entirely of snow, you and your family will be sure to work up an appetite in no time.

At the end of the day, kick up your ski boots at Kickapoo Tavern. Steps away from the gondola, this low-key tavern offers plenty of local microbrews and a creative take on the typical bar food. Perfect for adults and kids alike with inspired staples and plenty of options for children. There’s a reason it’s a Keystone staple!

For an authentic steakhouse experience, The Keystone Ranch pays homage to the ranchers and farmers who settled the area. Utilizing the finest quality meat, sustainable practices and locally sourced products, the Ranch is distinctively Colorado. The menu reflects the Ranch’s rustic charm with items such as Ranch Kettle Soup and South Dakota Buffalo Tartare, but has put a creative twist on dinner as well with Sumac Scented Duck Breast and Pomegranate Glazed Rosen Farms Lamb Chops. Of course, the fresh cuts of steak are what the Ranch is really known for – Imperial Ranch Wagyu N.Y. Strip is top of the menu, followed by an anything but standard Rib Eye, Porterhouse and FIlet Mignon. The menu also features an 18 hour Beef Short Rib Confit - served with ancho prickly pear BBQ sauce. Finish the evening with the Ranch’s Signature Grand Marnier Souffle.

If you’re looking for a fine dining menu in a relaxed atmosphere, Bighorn Bistro & Bar is the place. Seasonally inspired menus, local fare and breathtaking views of Keystone Lake and Continental Divide make Bighorn the place to unwind after a day on the hill. Start with a charcuterie and cheese plate, followed by a grilled beef tenderloin filet, seared sea scallops, or grilled Colorado lamb chops. Relax in front of the fireplace with a cocktail and nosh from the creative bar menu and even enjoy live music on Thursday evenings.

Many visitors don’t know it but Keystone is home to the highest AAA Four-Diamond dining experience in North America– Alpenglow Stube. The entire experience starts with breathtaking views from the two gondola rides, delivering you to Keystone’s North Peak at 11,444 feet. Once you’ve arrived at the restaurant, you’ll be greeted with warm slippers for those cold toes. Award-winning chefs create delicious contemporary cuisine with a Bavarian accent to complement the unique setting. Alpenglow Stube currently offers two- and three-course lunch options, a dinner A La Carte menu, and a Champagne Brunch. A once in a lifetime experience to say the least! Reservations required.

It’s easy to work up an appetite during a day on the slopes – and it’s even easier to find delicious fare after your day at Keystone!
