Frisco BBQ Challenge (June, Frisco)
One of the longest-running festivals in Summit County, the Frisco BBQ Challenge is so much more than sampling delicious BBQ. Free concerts, pig races, a bacon-themed 6k run, cooking demos, street performers, a whiskey tour and so much more make up this favorite festival. Located in downtown Frisco, chefs compete for champion titles in several categories including pork, chicken brisket, ribs, BBQ sauce, and more and winners go on to compete in a world-class barbecue competition.
