Here are some of the top coffee shops in Breckinridge and our personal favorites to frequent:
Located right in the heart of Main Street (and also conveniently just across the street from our office!), Cabin Coffee is a charming place to hang out in a wooden rocking chair while sipping on a freshly roasted cup of coffee! They offer an expansive menu of breakfast sandwiches and bakery items, hot and cold drinks, including lattes, mochas, hot chocolate, and signature beverages. The cozy mountain vibes will draw you in, while the tasty drinks warm you up and make you stay.
Cuppa Joe is best known for its delicious oatmeal latte, a combination of oatmeal, spices, steamed milk, and espresso! They pride themselves on their “Summit Worthy” coffee, which has made them a local favorite. The modern shop is located on Ridge Street (also just a few steps down the road for us here at River Ridge Rentals) its second-story location makes for perfect views of the ski area, coupled with friendly service, it won’t disappoint!
3. The Crown
Can’t decide if you want a cup of coffee or a glass of wine? No problem, head to The Crown where you can get either! Hit up The Crown with a group for happy hour or cozy up with a cup of coffee and enjoy the rustic mountain décor. This eclectic hideaway is located on Main Street and makes for the perfect place to hang-out, play a board game, and enjoy some beverages.
Located on the south side of the Riverwalk, Cool River Coffee House is the perfect place to relax with a beverage at any time of year. During the warmer months, please take advantage of their quaint patio area overlooking the Blue River. They have a great selection of breakfast and lunch options as well as vegan fare, and their bakery items are a must. Try one of our favorites, “The Egg Man” breakfast sandwich!
