Summit County is known for its snowy slopes but when the seasons change, the fun doesn’t stop! Copper Mountain is no exception - with activities for all ages, skill levels, and interests, Copper Mountain is the perfect place to experience Summer County at it’s best!

If you’re looking for family-friendly fun, head to Center Village. Paddle around West Lake in bumper boats or zoom over the lake at up to 30 mph on the zip line. Challenge yourself on the largest climbing wall in Colorado, have a go-kart race at Summit County’s only go-kart cart track, or bounce into oblivion on the Quad Power Jump.

If you’re really looking to test your athletic ability (or want to watch others test theirs) check out the Woodard WreckTangle - an outdoor ninja-style obstacle course challenges guests with cargo nets, balance beams, rope swings and more.

Take a scenic chairlift ride to over 11,000 feet and take in the panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range before hiking back down (downloading on the chairlift is also acceptable.) For the thrill-seekers, rent a mountain bike and purchase a ticket for an intense downhill road. Downhill mountain bike trails vary for all experience and skill levels. If going screaming down the mountain sounds like a good time, hop on the Rocky Mountain Coaster. 5,800 feet of track twists and turns down the mountain, making it one of the longest roller coasters in North America.

Looking to kick back and take in the mountainous views? Copper’s many dining options are open for summer - many with outdoor dining - and offering weekly specials

However you choose to spend your summer in Summit, Copper will have plenty to keep you busy among the mountains! Book your River Ridge Rental luxury accommodations today and be just steps away from all the summer fun at Copper Mountain!
