Amenity extras found at Ski Hi Lodge include true ski-in/ski-out approach; private outdoor hot tub; recreation room with full wet bar and pool table; multiple fireplaces; large entertaining deck with gas grill; laundry room.

A stay at Ski Hi Lodge also provides access to the amenities of One Ski Hill Place. Guests can enjoy the resort’s free private shuttle service, swimming pool, bowling alley, media rooms, fitness facility, restaurant, and après ski bar.

Excellent weekend vacation with eight adults and three little children. The property is impeccably maintained. There are no televisions in the bedrooms. We found that to be a positive experience. We all gathered around the large kitchen table that accommodated at 12 people. The hot tub was wonderful. You have two King bedroom suites with a fireplace, shower and a large soaking tub. The double vanities and three of the bathrooms are amazing. It is very easy to get in and out of town. We would definitely come back.

I've stayed at a lot of ski houses with a large group of friends, and this is the best one we've ever stayed at. They layout is exceptional, it would accommodate 3 large families or 16 or more adult friends very easily. Location is amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, sprawling house perfect for families. The kids had the entire downstairs to themselves with pool table and poker table. Proximity to Trygve's run made it super convenient for everyone to come on and off the mountain as they pleased. Pristine property. Property management was accessible and helpful. Would stay here every time we visit Breck if possible.

Great Ski-In/Out!

Wonderful location and the house itself was amazing. Our extended family gathered here for 6 nights over New Years. It was great for 15 people - 9 adults, 4 older teens, 2 children (4 & 6). The house was well-maintained and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep, spread out, or be all-together. We ate dinner together each night. The kitchen tools were well-stocked and the dining table and island were great for all of us to eat together. The access to the slopes was amazing. The house is located on Peak 8 and is the 2nd house on a private trail off of Trygve’s Platter (very easy green slope). “Ski-out” was a very short walk to the hill where you could ski down to the Peak 8 base area with numerous lifts. Ski-in was super easy. You could ski down Trygve’s, ski onto the private trail and literally ski right up to the back door. Some of our family didn’t ski, so they took advantage of the very convenient BMMA shuttle which picks you up at the end of the driveway. Easy to get to One Ski Hill Place (at Peak 8 base) and access the bowling (call ahead for a reservation) and pool, easy to get to Downtown as well as Gondola stops and the City Market grocery store (Kroger-owned). We also all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activities. Do note that the pictures show 2 laundry areas, but the one off of the bunk room is locked. The property manager is very responsive to any questions you may have.I highly recommend staying at Ski Hi Lodge. Everyone in our family loved it!

We had seven people in our family stay and had another 10 family members over for a couple of dinners. The house was amazing. Everyone was impressed by the beauty of the construction and the space to spread out. Everyone had a place to go to play or have quiet time. Communication with the staff was seamless, and very responsive. I could not give a higher recommendation.

AMAZING. The house was planned with such thought (for ski season). First the awesome ski changing area. It's a locker room where everyone has their space for all gear. Forgot to mention the two way fireplace in this room that goes out to the hot tub. There is a separate board/ski room for dropping off gear and boots. Kitchen / dining room / great room on the main floor has all the space you need. Downstairs puts the cherry on top. Bar area with pool table, poker table, and another lounging area with TV and fireplace. Two masters, two queen rooms, a bunk room with 8 Queen size bunks. I could go on and on. Twenty yard walk to the slopes and on the way home, you could open a door and ski right into the house! Will definitely stay at this house every time we ski Breck.

This is the second time I've held a business event and selected this home. It's more than impressive. My client were blown away again. Even had a private chef cook the first night, and the kitchen is perfect for it. We will be back.

This gorgeous house is just the thing for a large family gathering. We had two families of grown kids/couples plus a brand new infant. Plenty of room for sleeping, eating, cooking, and enjoying. We've enjoyed this place so much that we came back for a second year! Highly recommend.

We had 3 Families: My eldest daughter and her husband and 3 sons (aged 6-16); My middle daughter and her husband and 1 son, aged 14 and myself. The house was such a good fit for all of us: the boys loved the basement area with all the games and the adults enjoyed the main floor area with the beautiful views and fireplace. The kitchen was fabulous and the counter space utilized by all. We also loved the heated floors, hot tub, sound system and lighting. Each family was able to eat breakfast when they felt like it and we all ate dinners together. The skiers loved the ski in/out aspect of the location! The bedrooms & baths were gorgeous and the beds super comfortable:-)

Fantastic retreat for a family reunion

My extended family drove across country to meet up in Colorado to stay at Timber Trail. We were not disappointed! The house is large and spacious with top notch amenities. It is clean and in excellent condition, and the layout worked very well for a large group (it was better than in the pictures). The property managers were very responsive. My one caveat: it's high in the mountains and altitude sickness is real. We rented oxygen and everyone ended up using it (even the skeptical folks). Overall, highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful summer get-together with an extended family in the house. We were amazed that with all the bunks filled, the house could sleep 34! So our 15 cousins fit with ease. Beautiful views, fabulous kitchen, and lots of fine fixtures. A delight!

Ski Hi Lodge provided my family with one of the BEST vacations we have ever had. The house was so large that everyone had plenty of space to move and not get in the way of anyone else. We loved it! The kitchen was phenomenal! I can't say enough about the refrigerator space as well as the huge gas stove. Being a ski-in / ski-out helped so much. The little ones could be dropped off at the house and the grownups could go right back to skiing. We loved it.

The house itself is wonderful, easy/close ski out/in access to the mountain, plenty of space and well appointed. Close to town as well. Management was helpful and prompt with a house issue upon arrival. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time to Breckenridge for a family reunion. There were 17 of us ages 6 through 65. The home is breathtaking, spacious, well-appointed with every luxury you need. The kitchen is a cooks paradise. The entire family loved the ski in- ski out. The management company was quick to respond via text. The availability of the shuttle and the amenities from the resort were a wonderful perk. We hope to go back next year. It is a 5 star property.

Beautiful home, great location, everything anyone could want or need. We had 18 in our party, plenty of room for everyone and something to do for all ages. Gourmet kitchen. Rental company easy to deal with and quick to respond. We hope to go back next year.

Amazing Design and Fantastic Location

Met a few families here for a lovely ski in-ski out break. Impeccably designed house became a temporary home to so many without ever seeming crowded. Excellent flow and spacious while also being cozy. Large, open, and well-designed kitchen made feeding large groups easy and fun. The bar downstairs with home theater, pool, and poker tables is my happy place. Great jacuzzi and lots of parking. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

We have had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this residence on multiple occasions. It is a spectacular retreat for every season of the year. The house has wonderful collection areas for the residents. The hot tub, outdoor patio, bar, and of course the kitchen area make a spacious house feel intimate for small groups and comfortably cozy for large groups. After one stay here you will want to return to create more memories.

Enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving week with extended family from as far away as South Carolina. Perfect place to celebrate being together, easy access to slopes and town, plenty of room to sleep in comfort! All in all the best memories in the most gorgeous home.
