Built-in the 1930s as a working ranch, the cozy log home turned fine dining experience is known for its local mountain fare. Steaks and other ingredients are sourced locally from Colorado ranches. Hearthstone Restaurant: This popular location is a Victorian-style home transformed into a cozy dining room with gorgeous views of Breckenridge Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Locally farmed seasonal products makeup this eclectic contemporary menu, perfect for a romantic night out.
Relish: Self-described as ‘Colorado inspired cuisine,’ the Relish menu is changed seasonally (and sometimes even daily) to reflect the freshest products from the region. Entrees include Colorado lamb, locally-raised braised Angus short ribs, and walnut-crusted ruby red trout.
Bread+Salt: Primarily serving breakfast and lunch (although ‘burgers and beers’ are offered 2 pm - 8 pm), Bread+Salt’s menu is seasonally inspired by fresh, local, Colorado ingredients. Offering traditional breakfast and lunch options with a local twist, Bread+Salt is also known for its vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
